The roles at Humanettics all respond to the core strategy of the firm at any time. The actual roles of people differ in the work that they do in achieving these strategic intent of the business from time to time. You can read how two important roles align to our own strategy and methodology of work, yet respond to different backgrounds, experiences and abilities

To help build the top and bottom line

  • Revenue Generation – Tasked with assisting in building the top line of the firm by producing creative ideas backed by factual research and development of insights, which will create a slate for potential pursuits.
  • To approach Clients – Participating in client approaches particularly in a learning format.
  • Planning for revenue – Tasked to manage the backbone of BD through market analysis data, potential access, targets, etc.

To build the brand of Humanettics

  • Expected to deliver in initiatives tasked with or participate in activities such as website building and CRM.
  • Expected to be in the market which includes finding out opportunities that exist, communication about Humanettics, sharing market information with team members, using your intellect to assess potential mandates / pitches, attending events, etc.

People goals

  • Launching yourself in the market and maximising time output.
  • Be a positive employee motivating others with energy, thinking and passion for the business. At the same time make all efforts to correct all that is not working well.
  • Taking care that we are not over or under staffed and developing strategies for that goal. At the same time train yourself by active reading and participating in training.
  • Maintaining a proper personal style that is collaborative in nature and aiding colleagues as they may need.

Participate in the running of Humanettics and its mandates

  • Use and display the ability to build quick relationships with clients and their organisations by being approachable, being a problem solver, being an active listener, being sensitive to Humanettics goals, keeping promises, being knowledgeable, etc.

To help build the top and bottom line

  • Revenue Generation – Tasked with building the top line of the firm by working with clients and pre-works in preparation for approaching clients. Expected to deliver a signed sales revenue, resulting in a minimum billed and collected revenue, which will be calculated as per the collaborative performance model of the firm. Over a period, this annual sales number will exceed.
  • Planning for revenue – Will be expected to find ways to close mandate signing attempting to raise its bar, describe what the client is buying and having a view of longer term project revenue potential with the client.
  • Pursuing market segment – Expected to create a balance between active market segments and leveraging own market contacts, colleagues, building market repute, etc.

  • Expected to deliver in initiatives tasked with such as website, CRM, researched sector approach, client approaches and market research.
  • Expected to be ‘in the market” which includes finding out opportunities that exist, communication about Humanettics, sharing market information with team members, using your intellect / experience to assess potential mandates / pitches, attending events.
  • You are expected to build marketing relationships. These refer to relationships that assist us in achieving our goals for example references from known clients, past colleagues, etc.
